be reached by our courier partners.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Pune may receive orders faster. Remote or rural locations may require additional time.

holidays will be processed on the next business day.

dispatched, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number and courier details.

can use this link to track your order in real time.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected
delivery date. We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of any damage — this helps us resolve your case quickly.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, natural events, or courier delays beyond our control.
  • Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
